German speaking IT Analyst - Krakow
My client, a major IT services firm with operations worldwide are currently looking for IT Helpdesk Analysts to join their growing team in Krakow, Poland
The opportunity:
The main purpose of this role is to provide 1st and/or 2nd line technical support to our client’s global customers, route problems to internal IM support staff, coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution.
You profile:
• Previous Support/Service Desk (IT helpdesk) or Call Centre experience
• Fluent German or French or Spanish or Danish and business level English
• Degree level education (IT, Computer Science preferred)
• Phone support experience necessary
• Knowledge of Microsoft Products
• Strong technical skills around Windows OS, hardware, software, network and remote desktop connectivity applications
• Strong ability and desire to learn new skills;
• Ability to work and remain calm in a pressurised environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
