For our Client we are seeking for a suitable candidate for the position of:

Customer Service Specialist with German and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Answering customer queries – calling business representatives to verify information
• Providing assistance in problem solving
• Quality control of data and taking actions to improve data accuracy
• Communicate with colleagues and customers via email, chat, phone and in‐person meetings
• Work on a computer for extended amount of time staying focused and working efficiently
• Reporting activities in a timely manner


Qualifications:

• Fluent German – native level
• Communicative level of English
• Very good communication and computer skills
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving orientation
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in a changing environment
• Highly motivated and well organized
