Customer Service with German or French or Dutch

We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Customer Service with German or French or Dutch
Work place: Cracow
Duties:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically (emails).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Provide pricing and delivery information, perform customer verifications.
Set up new customer accounts, process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Manage customer’s accounts.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, record details of actions taken.


Requirements:
Fluent German or French or Dutch and English.
Proficiency in more than one of the above mentioned languages will be an added advantage.
Exquisite customer care and courteous attitude.
Confident, flexible and result oriented.
Positive, enthusiastic and proactive.
Interpersonal and team building skills.
Previous experience in travel industry call center or hospitality experience – is an asset.
