The Center in Poland provides services to both, internal and external clients, in areas such as Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain as well as Finance & Accounting. HP is looking for talented individuals who will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities:
· Cash allocation and/or follow up on cash related queries
· Other receivables activities such as invoices/credit notes check, recharges, collections calls, dunning preparation
· Collaboration on bank reconciliation
· Monthly reports preparation
· Maintain relationship with Client
· Escalate queries / issues in the timelines and guidelines provided
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree or students of final year
· Fluent English skills
· Fluent German or French skills
· Basic background in accounting is a plus but not a must as specific trainings will be provided
· Very good interpersonal skills
· Good team player
· Detail oriented and well-organized
· Accuracy and attention to details
· Ability to establish priorities
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
