Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Position Description:
- Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives;
- Provide leadership to the AR team to ensure excellent customer service to business partners and external customers;
Manage AR team (Recruiting, Performance evaluation, - Training, Motivating, Developing competencies);
- Measure department performance with appropriate metrics;
- Lead and participate in projects bringing improvements as required;
- Provide support for month, quarter and year-end close;
- Ensure fulfillment of audit requirements;
- Verify that all internal & SOX controls are executed in order to guarantee completeness, correctness and security for transactions within AR;
- Provide ongoing training of the AR team;
- Manage relations with other departments.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent in the relevant field;
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with at least 5 FTEs;
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable / billing related experience;
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
- Good German language skills will be an asset;
- Familiar with SAP system Good knowledge of SAP;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
