Job Description:
Purpose Of Role:
- To coordinate team’s work in order to ensure that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements/oprational level agreements and agreed quality standards.
- To support his/her direct manager in team management by coordinating of deliverables/priorities
- To support his/her direct manager in team management by coordinating correct and effective resources utility; workload, skills etc.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Fluency in English
- Very good numerical and analytical skills
- Very good working knowledge of Excel
- Very good working knowledge of Power Point
- Very good self and team time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills as well as task hierarchy set up skills
- Ability to observing and preventing potential issues; being proactive
- Attention to detail crucial
Level Of Education:
- Master Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business related degree
- Obtained or studying towards obtaining a professional accountancy qualification would be advantageous.
