Business Services employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Position purpose
The mail role purpose is to provide the services in Finance & Accounting in particular in P2P area as well as to maintain the good relationship with Client and its external parties
Main accountabilities
- Invoice and T&E processing
Request Authorization
Support in payment processing
Document Management
Support India Team
Provide answer to Vendors and Client queries (via e-mail & phone)
Internal Audit of P2P Processes
Work on everyday improvements to the process
Shares knowledge on P2P Process and related procedures with other team members
Requirements
- Very good German language skills (at least B2 level)
Good knowledge of English (at least B1 level)
Min. 1 year of experience in P2P Accounting
Knowledge of any accounting ERP system
Basic knowledge of Ms Excel.
Good level of analytical skills
Ability to identify a place for improvements
Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
Good interpersonal skills and proactive approach
Teamwork approach
