As a junior customer service representative, you will be the first voice the customers hears and one of your main tasks will be advising these customers (home owners) on products and eventually guide them further to installing companies for price offering (lead management). Another big part of your daily tasks will be assisting already existing PV system owners with questions and issues they might encounter with their system (case management). The team that you will be working in is a mixed one with colleagues from different countries and with various backgrounds.

Your duties
    Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from end-customers
    Generate potential sales opportunities by providing product information, recommending specific products or solutions, maintaining and building customer relationships
    Own, qualify and manage leads/opportunities (Lead Management)
    Resolve customers' pre and post-sales concerns
    Accurately log customer-related information on the CRM system
    Transfer calls to appropriate parties
    Support marketing activities
